The Normandy Electronic Art Summit 2013 - 'Making Art History Happen'

Brief synopsis:

The Normandy Electronic Art Summit, organised by ESAF, in partnership with ISEA (www.isea-web.org), will be made up of three parts:

1. Isabey Interactive - Gallerie Associative: Exhibitions in preparation for and part of NEAS13
2. IG SIGHTINGS - photowalks along the River Touques in Normandy and the coastline of Calvados
3. The Normandy Electronic Art Summit Seminars - planned for 31 August till 7 September, 2013.

The association also plans to use the "Isabey Interactive Galerie Associative" in Trouville sur Mer to serve as the center of ESAF communication.

Dave "@Kewiki" Temple is a semi-pro photographer based in Columbia City, Indiana. By day he is a digital marketer/strategist and by night a photographer and freelance marketing consultant/designer. His passion for photography began more than 20 years ago. He has been married to @musiccityace for more than 17 years. He has been a major part of the Instagram community since its inception in 2010.

Johan "@jvdt" du Toit is the founding president of the Electronic Social Art Forum, an international association registered in France focused on promoting “electronic social art.” Founder of the 2013 Normandy Electronic Art Summit. Moderator of @applifam electronic social art network on Instagram and other social media platforms.

Kirby Trapolino

Kirby "@Ktrap" Trapolino is an artist, photographer and writer who is the founder and director of the nonprofit organization Peace Gospel International, a project he began in 1993. Through the development of small business enterprise, his organization is empowering sustainable, native-led, mercy-based programs in Asia & Africa: caring for orphans, child trafficking victims, at-risk women and destitute children of the slums. He uses his photography extensively in social media to tell the story of his work abroad, raising awareness and support for these causes. He has gained notoriety for his "30 Day Challenge" blogs where he chronicles his experiences living off of just $30 of food for 30 days, to raise awareness of extreme poverty in the developing world. Concurrently during the early years of his philanthropic work, he pioneered an independent music distribution solution called Grassroots Music, which he operated from 1994-2004 with an online presence ranked among the world's top 20,000 websites by Alexa. During this time he also served as manager of the internationally acclaimed music group Caedmon's Call during their first 3 studio releases, with career sales topping 2 million CDs. He studied Radio/TV/Film Communications and Art at University of Houston.
